Dr. Sandra Ugras Rey, DO
Dr Ugras-Rey is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She graduated from UMDNJ-SOM in 2001 and has remained active in both internal medicine as well as emergency medicine. She worked as Associate Medical Director at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center for over 7 years. She continues to lecture medical residents and students. She is twice published in Rosen’s Textbook of Emergency Medicine and published an article in Case Reports in 2012. She served as a member of the Board of Health in Paramus, NJ from 2011-2013. She is fluent in English and Turkish and speaks conversational Spanish. Her hobbies include writing, skiing and playing golf.
Dr. Ricardo Rey, MD
Dr Ricardo Rey is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCAMAIMA) in the Dominican Republic in 1995. He completed residency at St Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY in 2005, where he was awarded Resident of the Year. He worked as a hospitalist and in the outpatient center for over 8 years, where he was awarded Teaching Attending of the Year. He continues to lectures residents and students. He is fluent in English and Spanish. His hobbies include reading, and playing baseball, soccer and golf.
